Questions teams ask before they start.
The honest answers to what usually comes up on the first call. If yours isn’t here, bring it to the teardown.
- What happens on the pipeline teardown?
- We follow one of your recent deals from the first signal to the CS kickoff and look at where it leaked. Afterwards you get a one-page write-up: the biggest leaks, what we'd fix first, and the first steps if you'd rather do it yourselves.
- Our CRM data is a mess. Can we still start?
- That's the most common starting point, and it's why a pilot can begin as a CRM data health sprint. Nothing else works until that's fixed, so we fix it first.
- We're about to hire a RevOps lead. Why not wait?
- Then they start with a working system instead of a cleanup project. Everything is documented, and we can hand it over whenever you want.
- We tried AI before and it didn't work.
- Most projects fail because nobody measured them or owned them. We set a baseline before launch, keep a person approving every action until it's proven, and show you the numbers each month.
- We already work with a Clay agency.
- Keep them for outbound. We start where they stop: what happens after the meeting is booked. And your own closed-won data can make their lists sharper.
- How do you handle our data and access?
- The system runs in your accounts, with access you grant and can take back. Every value it writes to your CRM is logged with its source. If your security team has questions, bring them to the call.
- What does it cost?
- Pilots start at $8K, full builds at $15K, and running it at $4K a month. You pay data vendors directly, and we add no markup.
- What do you need from our team?
- One person who owns pipeline and will look at the results with us, and access to the systems involved.
- Why do you build in code instead of Zapier or n8n?
- Once a workflow waits on people and learns from results, code is easier to test and safer to change. If your team already runs n8n, we can build there and call our code for the AI steps.
- Do we have to keep paying you?
- No. Run and tune is month to month after the first three months, and you can take the system in-house whenever you want, with a documented handover.
Every signal, at the right moment.
In 30 minutes we trace one of your recent deals across your systems. You get a one-page write-up on where it leaked and what we’d fix first, whether we work together or not.
